This website is operated by Vendrossi Inc, 34 Cottage St., Middletown, NY 10940, United States ("Vendrossi"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vendrossi. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Online store terms

You may not use our products or this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using it. A breach of any of these terms may result in termination of your use of our services.

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we do not store full card details.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate. Because each bag is made from natural leather, color, grain and markings vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

Prices and products

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time. Products may have limited quantities.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Standard US shipping is free on every order; Priority (from $49.99), Canada and worldwide rates are listed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy: approved returns are refunded to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee, sale or discounted items are eligible for full store credit, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Every bag is covered by our 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Warranty pages form part of these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep your account details secure.

Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

If you send us reviews, ideas or other feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction. You agree your submissions will not be unlawful, abusive or misleading.
